Promoting physical activity

Movement is an extremely important component for the healthy development of children.

Sport and exercise not only promote physical fitness, but also support the ability to concentrate and learn, and they have a positive influence on social behaviour. Movement is an indispensable prerequisite for the physical, mental and social development of children – it is therefore the backbone of the entire personality development.

In addition to our daily exercise programs, one of our employees – a state-certified gymnastics, dance and sports teacher – offers professional, targeted exercise support with open and guided programs.
